please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. once your appointment is booked, you confirm and agree to the cancellation policy.

due to HIGH DEMAND of appointments a non refundable deposit MUST be sent after making an appointment request - please contact Alisha to arrange payment + secure your time slot. deposits are non-refundable.

if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be subject to payment of 100% of treatment. this same policy applies to any contraindications found on the day (such as cold sores). this includes appointments where the client is turned away, or the client is unavailable. the self move window is 48 hours.

you can reschedule or cancel an appointment by using the link in your confirmation email.

please note, (if possible) it is better if you reschedule your appointment rather than a full cancellation. this way you won't lose your appointment slot completely and you can rebook for the next available time + date. if you cancel your appointment you automatically go to the end of our waitlist​

at BARE SKIN, we also have a 10 minute grace period, which means if you are running over 10 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled. but please let Alisha know if you are within this 10 minute period so she can be prepared. if you are more than the 10 minutes late, you will be marked as a no show and your deposit will not be refunded. we enforce this rule to ensure Alisha has enough time for each client and is able to perform services to the highest of quality.
